The user experience has been very good. The app has a user friendly dashboard and all my data are easy to find. AI based auto tracking of activity is a good to have feature, but I only wish there was a physical button to start the activity, instead of opening the app. Maybe next version can incorporate GPS along with a physical button!
1st month review Battery live as advertised: ~10% per day used all day long ( just get it off while taking a shower ). Last up to 10 days. Recharge time, under 1 hr. Out of the box, without subscription, features are great: stress, sleep, steps, heard-rate and activities (training sessions) tracking.
I enjoy wearing the Helio strap. It's lightweight and very comfortable. I appreciate the data collected and look forward to seeing my sleep results each morning. I'm happy the battery charge is lasting so long.
I’ve been using the Amazfit Helio Strap for 5 now, and it’s become a solid addition to my training routine, splitting time between weightlifting and padel. The recovery metric has been especially useful, it helps me gauge whether to push harder or dial back a session based on actual data, not just how I feel. The design is comfortable/lightweight for all-day wear — adjust to your experience. Battery life lasts around [10 days], which [is more than enough / falls a bit short] for how I use it. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone for exercise, padel, swimming, etc.
Exactly as the description implies and it’s pretty affordable.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been using the Helio Strap for a while now, and I’m very impressed. The comfort is excellent—I can wear it all day and even while sleeping without any discomfort. The battery life is great, so I don’t have to worry about charging it frequently. The health and recovery insights are easy to understand and have helped me better track my workouts, sleep, heart rate, and overall recovery. The app is intuitive and provides useful data without feeling overwhelming. I also like that it works well for both everyday health tracking and more intense training sessions. Overall, the Helio Strap offers excellent value and has become an important part of my fitness routine. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and feature-rich fitness tracker.
