The blade is very sharp. The knife is lightweight for its size, well-balanced, and easy to maneuver. The blade material is a Damascus blade, and is just a beauty to look at. I really enjoy working with this knife, whether it be vegetable chopping or meat.
Beautiful knife. Good weight and craftsmanship to use for everyday!
Very well made knife. Great for personal and professional use
Absolutely gorgeous knife. The edge is perfect and the feel is just right
Quality knife, well balanced, very sharp edge. Great Damascus pattern!!
This knife is just the right weight-not too heavy and not too light. I love working with it in the kitchen. Super-versatile for all my cooking needs-from cutting meat to veggies.
Such a beautiful and useful knife. Love the feel of cutting with it and it takes no effort.
I love my knife! This knife is strong and durable and gets the job done. I think the Damascus finish is beautiful and the handle feels luxurious. I hardly have to sharpen it and it stays sharp and able to cut just about anything. My husband makes a really good ribeye and I use this knife to slice the pieces up for our meal preps. It always cuts like butter I can’t wait to buy more of these!
The knife is super sharp and comfortable in the hand. I love the shape of the modified sheepsfoot blade, the slightly pointed tip is really handy. The knife is sharp and balanced.
