I like that they didn’t use magnesium citrate because I’ve had weird reactions to that in the past. This formula seems do digest easy and perform as described. Definitely feel sharper when I take these. Not a horrible taste, either. I recommend taking these after eating because the one time I took them on an empty stomach, it didn’t seem as effective
