the bag is sturdy and well made. I will use it for overnight trips. it was NOT good for Italy. too big to sit on top of a small roller bag. too heavy to carry when full. I regret taking it on my Rome to cinque Terra trip.
What a great piece of luggage, shoe compartment and all kinds of little nooks and crannies
Bought this to match the check and carry on suitcases my husband bought me for my birthday. Love love love this entire set. Plenty of room for my personal bathroom items and my husband’s. It’s just a very well made brand and beautiful.
Very attractive and spacious
Will look good for travel as a carry-on. Seems to be made well. Purchased the 25“ matching luggage for the hold. The duffel bag was missing the strap shown in the catalogue pictures. Online customer service sent me to the local store at the mall. The procedure seemed somewhat puzzling to the manager but her supervisor was able to navigate the actions needed and technology required in order to confirm to online services that the item was returned to them. I am hoping that they are able to get my purchase to me in it’s entirety before departure. Nice Staff at Eastview Mall in Victor New York assisted.
Beautiful bag, very well made, just a bit smaller than I was anticipating which is on me, not on the company. Highly recommended if you need an overnight bag. Maybe not large enough for a full on weekend bag though unless you are tiny and petite
I ordered 2 of these for a couple of trips. I will say that the first 2 I received were missing the shoulder strap. I called Macy's and they had 2 new ones sent to me. It appeared that they came directly from London Fog (they were in their boxes, not Macy's) and they did have the shoulder straps inside the bag. The bag holds a lot and I love the zippered bottom compartment as well. They have held up well and I've used them for a month now, no issues with the zippers and quality of the stitching, everything still looks great!
I ordered this duffel bag to match the 25" spinner. Received it today and was disappointed that the shoulder strap was also missing from mine. What is the issue with Macy's? Not sure if I should try ordering another one since other reviewers did the same and were successful. I love the bag though but not sure if I will keep it.
It’s a beautiful color and design but I don’t like the material. That’s not a reason not to get it. It’s just not for me.
I ordered this Duffel, and it arrived in a timely manner. But it arrived WITHOUT the shoulder strap shown in the picture. I returned the Duffel to Macy's and reordered. The second Duffel arrived in a timely manner, But it also arrived WITHOUT the shoulder strap. I am disappointed that Macy's cannot control the theft of shoulder straps. I will return the second Duffel and NOT reorder.
