London Fog Brentwood IV 20" Spinner Carry-on

I was trying to exchange a different suitcase and purchase this one. The computer wouldn't do an exchange. However, I was working with a manager and knew she could override and told her what to do and she refused to do it. I had to wait 5 days before my card was refunded. So I had to shell out an extra 136 dollars.

The London Fog Carry-On worked perfectly for my needs this summer. I was able to pack what I needed and lift it up into the plane's storage bins on all of my flights. The zippers held up and the wheels worked on all walkways. I can only hope that I will still be satisfied next summer.

This is not my first London Fog bag. My old bag is ten years old and has been on many, many adventures. I needed a smaller suitcase for shorter trips so I bought one of these in blue for my son and the brown for me. They are nice, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the zippers all work well and don’t get caught. However, the plastic clips inside are SO CHEAP. The plastic is so thin and flimsy. The clip on mine has already broken. In fact, it was broken when I arrived at my destination. So this means the very first time I clipped it, when I packed it for this trip, it broke. This is such a silly place to cut corners. I will continue to use the suitcase since I bought it a while ago in preparation for some fall trips, and aside from the clip it’s great, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking to buy a nice suitcase, and I wouldn’t purchase from London Fog again. At this price point, make better plastic clips. Disappointing.

I bought this one for my daughter because she thought she was going to take my other one. She loves it!!

I already got the duffel bag now I need the 25" inch and I'm done with the set.

I originally bought three other London Fogg pieces when I found them on sale at Macy’s. All I really needed, at the time, was this particular carry-on that was not in stock in the store. I loved the other three pieces so much that I had to go back and buy this piece online. This is by far the most superior luggage set I have ever owned, and we have wasted so much money on extremely expensive sets in the past.

My 1997 2 wheel suitcase that I got as a gift, the handle broke. The suitcase was a carry on so it was in excellent condition, however, the spinners are so much easier to push along. I love the opaque plaid colors and the space inside it great. Although it is not a carry on, I will use it when I go on trips when I do not fly.

I am so excited about this new suitcase! It’s taken me a while to find the perfect bag that was imagining and one trip online to Macy’s and voila! Great quality London Fog, a color that will coordinate with the various hand, back and smaller bags I didn’t need to replace! The spinning action is smooth and strong and my well-worn bag that’s been around the world, was starting to buckle in airports. I’m very pleased! It was also delivered in a few days. 💙
