Not what I expected
I ordered these shoes through Macys.com. BEWARE , they come from a third party supplier. Macy’s will not take a return on third party supplied items. The process with Berness was long and time consuming. I still haven’t received my refund, even though my payment was made on my Macy’s card. Save yourself time and hassle and don’t order from a third party through Macys.com. Macy’s customer support will not help. You will have to deal with the third party support.
