Unhappy with this purchase…
Although the watch was attractive with a soft leather band, it did not run. I could move the hands, like setting a watch would do, but the stem would not click in, so the time and the second hand never moved.

Terrific customer service.
I am impressed with the ease of ordering. I no sooner placed the order that I received a notification. Also received a memo telling me when to expect the order and another memo telling me the order has arrived. I ordered 4 watches. One more on the way.
