I am very disappointed. They shipped my order via DoorDash, and the delivery person simply dumped the package on the floor in the building lobby instead of leaving it at my door on the third floor. This happened right in front of the mailboxes—an area where the door remains open and anyone can walk in to steal, as the mailboxes and any packages left on the floor are visible from the street. There is no designated secure area for packages there, and it was stolen just minutes after the alleged delivery; the delivery person themselves could easily have taken it, given the very short timeframe. Now I’ve lost my money, and Macy's refuses to take responsibility for the poor, inefficient service they hired, simply because the package was technically delivered to the address. Don't waste your money if you don't have doorman in your building because nobody is going to take accountability for the bad service

The jacket is both stylish and warm. I love it!

I love the jacket! The way it looks and most importantly it keeps you warm. That’s how the puffer jacket should look like.

Looks juist like the photo. I would say buy a size above your normal unless you dont plan on wearing layers. NYker here. We could do without the hoody. Pretty warm for the most part.
