I will NEVER order from Macy's ONLINE again. Ordered Size L in plenty of time for Xmas. They sent XtraLarge. I immediately emailed and requested they fix this mistake. NO RESPONSE. The day after Xmas, I went to our local Macy's store in hopes of exchanging the XtraL for a L. Nope...the item is only available ONLINE. A kind clerk made phone calls and got things going for the return, the refund and a REORDER of the size Large. 2 weeks later, the package arrives and they sent me the SAME XtraLarge! Emailed and did live chat over this latest mistake, they promised to fix it. NO response at all from seller. This has cost me time, gas, money and I STILL do not have the correct item and was not able to give my son-in-law his Xmas present. Once again, am forced to now drive to my local Macy's and see if they can handle the return of this mistake. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
