Totally messed up order system at Macys. Will never use again! Not deliver when stated on order, cancelled but sent when they knew I was out of town. Promised to call me back. Never called me. What a total mess! They lie!

Always wanted some of these dishes. Love them, however noticed a couple small flaws on the glaze. Too much trouble to return and exchange. Hoping they will be ok in years to come!
