HUGO by Hugo Boss Men's Dulivio Logo Graphic T-Shirt

Im sure the product is in good quality but I wouldn't know because I never received it. The day I was supposed to get it I received a message that it would be delayed by one day. Three days later and I still dont have the package and the delivery tracker is no longer working. I've requested a refund but cant get through to anybody. The entire situation has unfortunately put me off from wanting to order again. This is not an issue with Macys, and this review shouldn't reflect that, it's a problem with UPS.
