Not happy with product
The inconvenience and quality of Macys products has gone down considerably. I use to order a lot, but in the past two years I have had to return a number of items due to misleading item description, worn returned items sent to me, or product looks cheaper than the price I paid. I ordered these slippers on line for a gift, when received they were not what I had expected, disappointed again. I took to my nearest Macys who informed me they were not accepting returns because the store was closing. Contacted Macys and was advised a return voucher would be sent, never received so I am stuck with these slippers. I no longer order as much the product quality and the inconvenience are not worth it.

Love the slippers they fit perfectly and were just what I was looking for, there soft and have the arch support that I was looking for that bounces back after every wear, I'm great full I bought 2 pairs.
