Calphalon Stainless Steel 10" Fry Pan

This fry pan was listed as a Stainless Steel product - as that is what I wanted to purchase I boutght it and when it arrived the first thing I read on the attached paperwork on the fry pan was that it is an Aluminum Fry Pan with stainless on top. I have no interest in aluminum - it's known to be carcinogenic. I am returning it.

Overall a good pan, heavy, solid material. The cooking surface could have been better, somehow looks dull after cooking and washing. Also food tends to stick on the raised side. No issue at the center. Overall happy.

I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed because the pan sticks from the first time just simple cook and some white stuff is not getting out of the pan, I bought another pan from you a month a go it’s much more better, it seems like is not an original pan of Calphalon

The fry pain heats evenly, but the slipping of the sides makes the pan seem smaller than 10 inches. I had a Tools of the Trade fry pan for many years, this one is not as good as it was.

I bought this direct from the manufacturer and have been loving it! We have an induction cooktop and this pan heats evenly and food doesn't stick to the surface. I hand wash it and clean up is easy.

Unfortunately the frying pan is not constructed as well as my other pans if the same brand. Returned.

Calphon pans are the best evet. Love the way they go from stove top to oven.

I am a MACYS RED CARPET MEMBER. When I ordered the pan it was advertised as a " 5 Ply " that is constructed of 5 layers but when I received it , the description " Printed " on the card board cover of pan indicated it is a " 3 Ply " pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the pan was good, heated evenly. I did feel like I needed to use cooking spray and/or butter because it did not seem non-stick. Cleaning was easy, however the pan was stained after 1 use.
