Bill permanently deformed.
I buy about 3-4 Kangol hats every year. Always 507 style. This order was for 3 hats. The yellow and black hat is made from a different material than the other 507 hats and the outer fabric was overstretched when assembling and it is causing the front bill to curl upwards so you see the underside facing up like a gag. Every now and then this happens, about 1 in 6, but not so badly that it can't be massaged into sitting correctly. I don't know if this was a known bad batch and on sale for that reason or if the quality control is bad, because it was not mentioned in the ad, but it makes a cool hat look ridiculous.
