Item broke off my arm first day wearing it. Not a good purchase at all

Hard to read even in daylight. Should come with a backlight at least. Bought as a gift for my husband as a Christmas gift. He was happy it was a diesel but I was very disappointed with the product.

I have reached out to customer support ,as I didn’t receive this item .They have denied my request without any evidence .How could you deny the request when it’s not delivered .What about my money.

The numbers are too dark that you can barely see the time even in a well lighted room.

It's a great watch. The only thing is that with everything being black it's a little hard to see the time. It's not as visible as it is in the picture, but my husband loves it.
