I was so pleasantly surprised with my initial pendant, it's so pretty, dainty which I like and the second sparkle necklace that comes with it is equally beautiful. The chain with the initial is really nice, overall I love it, hangs nicely and comes with a little pouch to store when not wearing. I am a woman and I love it!

I never received my order. I live in a mountain rural area and we only get deliveries to our PO Box if it’s the US mail service delivering I ordered the first time in November says it was delivered. I never received it then Macy’s re-issued the order again a month later it said it was delivered on December 8. I still have not received it finally found out from the post officein TAHOE city that UPS does not deliver to our post office anymore and so now I have two of the same items stuck somewhere with UPS I used to get things in a reliable fashion with Macy’s, but now I am hesitant to ever order online again.
