I bought this online through Macy’s and it arrived broken. I tried to return it and it has been such a hassle as I am unable to return it at the Macy’s store. I was told I need to bring it to UPS where I had to pay to print a shipping label. Such an inconvenience and do not buy.

This product is well designed but the plastic is thinner than I expected and there was a small crack near the hinge.
Received iDesign pod holder and storage container but only received 1 of each where it clearly stated Set of 2. After calling I was told that I could return it and reorder. Made absolutely no sense why they wouldn't just ship 1 more of each. Got no where with them.
