This watch was purchased as a gift and received in late December, but it did not work—the hands would not move. I initially assumed it was a battery issue and brought it to Macy’s, where it was sent out for a battery replacement. After waiting two weeks, I called the store and was told the watch had already been returned, but they were unable to reach me because my phone number had been marked as “disconnected.” When I went to pick up the watch, it appeared to be working in the store. However, as soon as I got to my car, I noticed the second hand had stopped moving again. I immediately returned to the store, and they sent it out once more for repairs. It has now been three additional weeks since it was sent out again, and I am still waiting for an update. At this point, it has been over three months since the purchase, and I still do not have a functioning watch. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given that this was a brand-new item.
