The pants are excellent. The fit, quality, and overall appearance are exactly what I expected, and I am very happy with the product itself. Unfortunately, my experience with the delivery was very disappointing. I paid extra for premium/express shipping because I needed the order to arrive on time. The package was initially scheduled for delivery on September 8, but it was delayed and ultimately delivered on September 9. I contacted Macy’s Customer Service to complain about the delay and the premium shipping charge, but I have not received a response so far. I would definitely recommend the product, but the shipping and customer service experience did not meet the level I expected from Macy’s, especially after paying extra for expedited delivery.
