Pandora Two Tone BOO Glow-in-the-dark Charms

I didn't actually receive this item. It was substituted for a different item without my approval.

I purchased the sun/moon charm and received a Halloween Boo charm. The website picture didn’t match the charm description which caused and issue with fulfillment. Called Macy’s and each rep wanted to issue a refund but I was adamant that I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the item I purchased in the picture. Ultimately I had to give them a different sku and they adjusted the price. I rated the experience a 2 because every person I spoke to wanted to issue a refund instead of addressing and resolving the problem. After several minutes and demanding to speak with management, I finally got them to understand Macy had a marketing problem that will remain a problem until the website is corrected. Long story short, I finally received the sun/moon charm at the promotional price. But this song and dance required a few more steps because I had to make multiple trips to Macys to return all the charms shipped to me in error.

The item I received was a COMPLETELY different item than what is posted. The item that was received were the letters “BOO”. Do Not Buy!!!

I ordered this charm thinking I would receive the moon and sun charm advertised in the picture, but instead, I got a silver Halloween charm. Very disappointing.

I was sent the wrong item. Clearly this is a huge problem! Instead of a nice sun and moon for my anniversary, my partner opened a halloween boo charm! Anniversary ruined for sure! I’ll never forgive Macys or Pandora for this!

I bought a Pandora charm I liked recently. What I received was not the photographed item. Totally incorrect photo posted per the description. When I called to correct the situation the agent offered a refund claiming the product I had truly wanted was unavailable. It was clearly a lie she just didn’t want to honor the price error and send me the product I should have received. Then she offered to help with a refund. I thought this meant she was sending a return label. Instead though she sent me my credit on a gift card vs returning to Macys card balance. Super annoying. Now I have a balance on my card and this stupid gift card. Horrible service all around. What a bunch of idiots, fix your photo!!! I know this has happened multiple times because my mom returned the same charm for the same reason. Are you trying to trick people who are too lazy to return the charm to keep it because they aren’t selling? Honestly the charm we received was really lame.

I received two of the same charms. The picture on the description has a sun/moon star but the title has two tone boo glow in the dark..

I was very disappointed. I had to return it. The photo does not match the description. BOO with rhinestones should be the photo. Please correct the listing. Thank you.

The item I received was not the pictured charm (half star/half moon) two toned. It was a tiny little rhinestone "BOO" My daughter had also ordered it and received the same. Apparently it was an error in the ad. I returned it.
