Macy's Lab Grown Emerald (5/8 ct. t.w.) and White Sapphire (2-1/6 ct. t.w.) Cluster Link Bracelet in Sterling Silver

This transaction was awful from the start. I bought this item online as an anniversary gift for my wife. I had paid extra for it to be gift wrapped. When the item showed up, it wasn't gift wrapped. Strike 1. Upon opening the box it was in, the price tag was still on the bracelet. I guess it was good that it wasn't gift wrapped, because I wouldn't have caught that before giving the item to my wife. Strike 2. On the first day that wife wore the bracelet, a link broke on the bracelet. Strike 3. I had high opinion of Macy's. This was REALLY disappointing. I returned the item and got my money back. Just awful.
