Didn’t change anything for me.
I felt no change after taking this for a few weeks. I’m not sure if I need to take it longer to notice any changes but my adhd makes it hard to continue using it.

Great Product
Another Now product I can't live without. Perfect for foggy mornings, especially Mondays. Notable difference when I take it versus when I don't. I also love that you don't have to take it with food, as I'm not always a big eater in the morning. Also love that the caps are vegetarian.
