I do a lot of smoking of different meats and ordered this hoping the batteries would be better than my previous one. So far it is looking great now have to wait for a day I can have some meat ready. More to come.

You do not want to know. However; the product was not in its best condition to be new. I am not happy regarding this purchase at all. No instructions was included with the kit and I had trouble with your system accepting the serial number

Unboxing was good, but the model number was hard to determine based off the options when submitting for a warranty

This is my second IO probe kit. My first kit did not impress. One of the probes stopped taking a charge and I accidentally put a knife though the other probe. We'll see....

Takes the guesswork out of grilling meats. Chicken came out perfectly.
