I was looking specifically for an item to dry brush my lymph - something easily held I have arthritis so it’s super important this product is excellent

I have been using the roller for two weeks and have noticed a difference in my arm pain and leg cramps at night eased. It has been working miracles beyond my expectations especially with pain verdict still out on firming.

I have been using the massage roller for a while. It helps with my lymphedema in my upper arms and chest caused by lymph nodes removed. Designed well for single handed use. Ball bearings feel cool on the skin.

So simple. But it works so well. My family laughed but using it Ev day my lymphedema is much better n I actually use it on my 14 yo husky mix who’s got muscle aches. As soon as I pull it from the drawer she hobbles over for her massage! Thank u so much

Especially in my legs. It’s easy to handle and durable. I like that it’s something I can use on myself. Over all I would recommend to someone interested in this type of product.
