M3 Naturals | Body Gua Sha

I am a physical therapist and had a patient who needed to treat his myofascial restriction at home. I gave him this and taught his wife how to use it. He was very happy and his wife was happy to help.

It feels too harsh on the skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. After using it a few times, my skin felt irritated and uncomfortable, not soft like I expected. It also doesn’t lather well with body wash, so I ended up using more product than usual. The handle feels cheap and slippery when wet, which makes it hard to use in the shower.

It’s made of plastic, so it doesn’t feel as luxe, which is why I gave it 4 stars. That said, it’s lightweight, easy to grip, and the larger surface area makes it great for covering more skin quickly. The edge of mine even has a chip in it from manufacturing, which is not great. However, it gets the job done. Use it with a body safe oil. I use Castor oil, especially for my legs. I even flip it over and use the round part on my stomach works like a dream. I use it 4 to 5 times a week. Consistency is key no more than 10 minutes. You don't need to push down hard or you will bruise? I did the first time I tried it, but when you start looking up how to use these tools, it's highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool is HUGE! Much bigger than anticipated. I actually find it too big for me. It is hard to maneuver around the curves of the face. Other than that it’s thick and durable and will last years. I do wish it had an instruction sheet or even a couple images on the box of steps for how to use on face. You are kind of on your own for researching best practices.

This tool feels so great after a workout and warm shower. I apply my lotion and castor oil then massage out any sore areas and this feels amazing. I find it does help with muscle relief so been adding into my self care routine in the evenings. The shape of the tool works perfect for the body.
