The term “Nappa leather” is misleading, as it is not a regulated designation. In this case, the manufacturer has used lower-grade, treated leather that lacks softness, durability, and quality, resulting in a cheap, imitation appearance. Additionally, the shoes are not true to size, are uncomfortably tight around the elastic, and fail to meet basic standards of comfort and fit.
