Excellent product. Any supplement from NOW is great. They’re local for me which makes me feel that everything is fresh and has not been sitting around for ages. I use quite a number of their products and find great results.

This seems to be a great vitamin D source. I take it with Vitamin C for absorption.

I take them when I take my other vitamins and while I haven't felt a huge difference, I feel good about taking them. I know I don't get out into the sun as much as I should, so I feel like this will keep me from getting a deficiency. I will keep taking it until I finish it and will most likely buy it again.
