My son said his shoe size can run from 8 to 8-1/2 to 9 so I got him the 8-1/2 which were too big so I returned them.

Terrible experience. I paid for premium delivery, the delivery was delayed by 3 days, and when I finally received the package, you sent me the wrong shoes — women’s shoes! I went back to your store to report the incorrect order. At first, the employees didn’t want to refund the full amount and asked me to pay for the delivery even though it was late. After a brief argument, they refunded the full amount. I decided to order the shoes again, but I didn’t receive any discount or compensation for everything that happened, nor was I offered anything for the inconvenience.
