Associate said I can't return it. I asked to speak with a manager and I offered to meet him halfway: No Refund, just an exchange. He agreed. This is how the Dolce & Gabbana came in to play. What a fragrance! Deep rich tones but mostly 'bass' tones. But more than that I was quite impressed by the staff and the friendliness of the Associate and the Manager. He made me feel like a rare and endangered species: A Customer!

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED - THE SET I RECEIVED INCLUDED A SMALL TRAVEL SIZE BOTTLE AND THAT IS THE VERY REASON I PURCHASED IT. WHEN MY HUSBAND PULLED OUT THE TRAVEL SIZE BOTTLE IT WAS EMPTY!
