Macy's Diamond Bracelet (1/2 ct. t.w.) in Sterling Silver

Too small

The clasp was cheap and flimsy. It kept bending when you tried to connect it. In 2 weeks, it would not stay connected. I bought 3, 2 as gifts. All of them had the same problem. None of us can wear them.

Hubby got this bracelet for my birthday! It's so beautiful and sparkly. Got lots of compliments from the first day wearing it! So pretty! If your considering, or on the fence - get it, you won't be disappointed. 😊

Craftsmanship is poor!! Bracelet broke off within a week that it was used. Bracelet was not given to a child but to a professional, grown and responsible woman as a birthday gift. Needless to say it was very embarrassing and disappointing when I found out it broke. I gave her the gift in person but since we do not see each other often, it has been after 30 days after purchase. I do not get refund or replacement. I feel I was scammed!! So disappointing since Macy’s has never let me down before. I will now tell my friends or whoever listens to me in my healthcare profession or anybody to NEVER purchase any jewelry from Macy’s!

Bracelet was broken and it seems it was repair already

Immediately broke, clasp will not hold. Will return if they take it back

Bought for my daughter for Christmas. It broke with in 3 weeks… went to the store and they sent a new one. We opened the box and before she could even put it on the clasp broke again. The bracelet is so cute but the quality of the clasp is horrible.

This piece is made cheaply. Couldn't get the clasp open. Do not recommend. It went back.

Bought this and the silver one while on their Black Friday sale. the silver one ACTUALLY clasps and feels secure once in. I got the gold one for my daughter. Unbelievably flimsy clasp. She’s too nervous to wear it. Called customer service and asked for a new one in exchange for the faulty Andy the same price I paid for the gold one. After a little hassle the sent me a new one for exchange. Oh my god…the second one is nearly as worse. The gold clasp is just awful

The first one I bought snapped after a month. The replacement fell off due to 2 faulty clasps. Unfortunately the quality is poor and I returned the second.
