Arrived used with lower price stamped on sole.

The boots are nice-a bit smaller. Shoes arrived used with lower price stamped on bottom of sole. Nice boots-not sure what Macy’s is thinking????

Used shoes sent by macys

Bought shoes from Macy’s and honestly really disappointed. The pair I received clearly looked used visible creases, worn soles, and not in the condition you’d expect when paying for a “new” item. This shouldn’t happen from a major retailer.

Get Size and half UP

The shoes are nice BUT shoes are very narrow and super small. 9.5 feels like 8. I couldn’t even put my foot in. Very disappointing lately with Macy- last week they send me the wrong boots - I purchased these and similar issue again !!!! These shoes come from third party and I have to return it by the mail because they won’t take it at the store . Go for a size One and Half size up. Or may be those boots are not made for everyone .
