I like this pattern for its clean lines and subtle design. The white color is more pleasing than other white dinnerware, as it has a more solid appearance: therefore, less transparent. I have been familiar with other wedgwood patterns in the past, and find this middle weight dinnerware to be more suitable to modern lifestyles, requiring less formality.

I thought that these might me able to be used as pasta bowls, but they are a little small for that. They are a very shallow rimmed soup bowl. But they match the rest, so I will be keeping them. As a reminder, these are fine china and they hold up much better than any of the other trendy stone wear that I have purchased for her. They don't chip and look as good as the first day I bought them.

The simplicity of the pattern sets off the food you serve to advantage, believe me! What cook doesn't want that advantage?
I love my wedgwood china. I got a set of 12 and when i get a chance i add to it .Thistime i got the gravy boat and i absolutely love it.
