I was very disappointed when I opened the package and found a pair of boots in the box where my jacket was supposed to be! The box had the packing slip for the jacket . but no jacket. So,, somewhere another customer is most likely disappointed to find my jacket instead of the boots they ordered! I hadn’t realized until this experience that Macys online uses 3rd party vendors who have their own practices and customer services, which may or may not provide quality customer care, which can be a whole different minefield, as with this order, Macys has lost my online business, sorry to say!
