Huge and packed so badly it came out looking like a rag. Returning!

You you don’t put the App pearl on hangers anymore that’s tacky. I’ve been buying from you guys for now. What last two or three years the coach doesn’t come on hangers and some of the dresses and skirts and this is terrible Turbo way of doing business.

Nice coat but it does run big. I'd say at least a size or two, but I bought it on sale and didn't want to bother returning it. That said I can wrap it around me with a belt and it'll be a cozy winter coat. It looks nice and I love the color but it seems to wrinkle a little.

It’s a very cute coat. I read reviews and ordered a 1X instead of 2X as I normally would as other reviewers suggested it runs big. The coat is huge. I have a 44” bust but could easily have fit into an XL. For reference the tag reads 1X 22-24. The numeric actual size would have been good to know. By this logic an XL would be 18-20 and a 2X would be a 26-28 which is completely wrong. It also comes very wrinkled and says do not iron (it’s fleece). I did in fact iron on low setting carefully with a pressing cloth and lots of steam. Turned out beautiful.

Horrible quality

I will never buy anything from Macys again if there is a third party attached!! I retuned this coat before deadline as stated in return policy. Macys refused to back up your return policy because of the third party. I was told that money would be refunded to my credit card in 7-10 business days 3 weeks ago. No one called texted or emailed me confirming or stating otherwise. I had to call back again with no help from macys. I was told to contact the third party even though I purchased coat from Macys. I am so disappointed!,

Tooo big

I didn’t like the material. No lining. When you button up the front it doesn’t lay flat.

I previously purchased two other styles of coats from this same brand. Ordered my size in this but received a coat that way too huge!

Returned, too large.
