Balsam Hill Vermont White Spruce|7.5|LEDC

After hearing that Balsam Hill is the premier maker of artificial Christmas trees I decided to check them out. As soon as I experienced their easy- to-use website I knew that with the wide selection, outstanding descriptions and detailed listing of what was included with a purchase, I knew this was right. The offer of a significant discount in January sealed the deal. Our order arrived as promised at our front door and in less than 30 minutes our tree was assembled and was flawless. I am so impressed with the detailed construction of the tree and lighting as well as the instructional materials. I am so pleased with this purchase experience and I highly recommend Balsam Hill!

I purchased this to replace a prelit one like it when the light strings went out after 4 years. I love the fullness of the Vermont White Spruce, it looks so real and the 4.5 ft one is perfect for my small foyer, since I just got it and put it up I can't say how durable it is, but I am hoping to get at least 10 years out of it.

I looked at artificial trees for a few years before finally pulling the trigger on this one. I ordered the BH Balsam Fir one and this BH Vermont White Spruce to compare. Despite the similar price, the Vermont Spruce was 10x more realistic looking. Don't be discouraged by the 2D plastic-y needles- when the tree is fluffed, you can't even see them. The color on this faux spruce is spot on- not too green, not too vibrant. The 3D realistic needles don't shed and hold their shape very well. It takes a bit of time to fluff but is well worth it.

Bought this tree during Christmas in July sale.. have a few balsam hill trees, always satisfied. But this tree!! Easy to assemble, fluffing is terrible, but so is fluffing all trees.. this says it has 1500 lights, without counting I fairly sure there are NOT 1500! Probably not a 1000! The $$$$ of this tree terribly disappointed! Not even extra full!! Hedges the branches are on, not very sturdy, next year I'm sure some will break, some are already bending! Looking for another tree for my dining room, it WILL NOT be balsam hill!!!

My husband and myself were both so pleased with this tree —I have been a fierce "real tree only" person, but this year I decided to give a fake one a try. After getting it set up and decorated, we were amazed at how realistic it looked!

Christmas tree arrive just before Thanksgiving, it was easy to assemble, flurrying branches, to assemble as close in photo as possible, was bit difficult, but close enough. Gloves that came with the trees is great idea. Only wish it came with twinkly lights for tress size under 6ft. reason four star rating.

Now that we have had a chance to put the tree up and decorate it for the holidays, we are very satisfied with how it looks.

Really like my tree, only wish I would have ordered the 6.5 instead of the 5.5 foot tree -- we raised it 4" and then ordered the small red collar. It's beautiful! I found I really like just the clear lights -- no color. So if I ordered again, that is what I would get. Luckily we put the tree up on Thanksgiving weekend, and then my pup passed away that following Monday. When I sit and contemplate her passing, looking at the tree at night has a calming. Thank you, Balsam Hill.

As a first time artificial tree owner I fell in love with this tree. My only complaint is that it is very hard to fluff out the branches as it is very stiff so you end up bending and molding the branches into a shape or pattern. This leads to very large open spots in the tree which I don't mind because I can camouflage them. Overall, the tree is well made and beautiful to look at with or without decorations.

The tree came in a short time. That is the only good thing I have to say about it. It is cheap looking, the branches are sparse and it is made from unrealistic looking plastic! The tree we received looks absolutely nothing like the one pictured. Is it possible we were sent a factory reject? The branches all droop and point downward ! I will not use this tree because no amount of decoration will cover the poor quality. I have read all of the great reviews and am disappointed with this tree.
