This is one great chefs knife. Super sharp and light weight while still being easy to grip.

It’s heavy enough that it doesn’t feel flimsy or brittle, and also light enough that it doesn’t feel like a burden to use everyday. It’s super sharp so theres no issues on that front, and I’m a fan of the darkness of the blade so I can clearly see how the blade is holding up. 10/10 would recommend

I have not had a real knife until I purchased the Demascus 8” It’s is super sharp and easy to handle. I can cut through large melons like butter. I love this knife! It has great precision, I can slice meat into wafer thin slices. Perfect knife for everything.

This knife is super sharp, I have cut many vegetables and deconstructed a chicken in the first week so far. This knife made quick work of that task. So far so great.

Haven't used it yet. Not really impressed by it. Wasn't what I expected a Damascus to look like.
