These booths are huge I am not talking bad about the product but they look very mannish and just big cannot get foot inside the booth that is what I meant by design flaw. May be alright for you though
This is the worst shoe ever. I have a narrow feet and this boot was a nightmare. It hurts my feet when walking. I regret not returning right away because i just hate returning things. I thought it was going to get better but the second time i wore it the too of my feet was on fire. Do better mango. This type of shoe will damage someone’s feet
I have regular size feet and thin ankles/legs. I am either a 9 or 91/2. I got both sizes. The booties are so stiff and uncomfortable when on and not easy to put on (using a shoe horn also). And when on, sharp material inside behind the heel digs in. And then near impossible to remove. Also, the boxes nor the shoes have the us size 9 and 9-1/2 listed. And this vender also has sent a misleading backorder email, when this was never on backorder when I placed the order. This same thing has happened last year and it was frustrating. So then I had to take time to call Macy’s about that reoccurring issue. And to make matters worse, that email was sent to me the same day the boots were delivered to me (but when I called Macy’s, I didn’t know the boots were delivered because i had some things to do before opening the various packages today.
