So good it's almost my grandma's.
I come from a long line of butter churners and fresh buttermilk drinkers. But I am cowless now, and NOW buttermilk powder has become my preferred staple for a healthy daily beverage -- and no recycling endless store containers! Also perfect for buttermilk gravy, fluffy dumplings, and for general baking (mmm, buttermilk potato bread...). Even the cats like to drink it!
