I regret buying this watch more than any purchase I’ve made in recent memory. After just 10 months, the crown completely stopped working, turning the watch into an overpriced paperweight. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the Customer Service has been absolutely awful — slow replies, no real help, and zero accountability.
This watch arrived broken and it wouldn’t wind to change the date.

the watch looks nice. this watch is not 100% perfect compared to high end of fancy watches but it looks great, elegant and in style. I have no idea how long this watch will last in the long run but hopefully AI is giving me a wrong information about it. for me, so far so good.
