I got this mat as an alternative to yoga mat towels that have forms of plastic in them. The colors are beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. I am noticing some shedding, but this might stop after I give hand wash it for the first time! Anyways, it does a good job during super sweaty hot yoga of catching my sweat but still providing grip so I don't slip.
Not nearly as roomy as advertised.
It's a long, thick mat. Great for my yoga and meditation at home.
