They run really big

Great leather quality shoes are a whole size too big! Had to return.

I bought these shoes 2-3 months ago, and every time I wear received a lot of complements and fit very comfortable

I was excited to receive the shoes. But my sense of excitement quickly turned to total disappointment. A minor complaint is the packaging. There was no lid on the shoebox, the box itself was crushed, and not even a single sheet of tissue around the shoes. My biggest complaint is that the shoes are mislabeled. Which indicates the size ordered but are one size too large. No exchange, no return.

Size is too big even though I already took a smaller size

a full size TOO BIG.. cow print looks great but can't even exchange for smaller size cuz already purchased smallest size available

These run a half to a full size big depending on the width of your foot. They don’t look and feel like leather, they look and feel like Payless shoes from back in the day. They are hard and uncomfortable and look cheap. They don’t mold to the foot, the foot sits in the shoe and kind of clunk around.

I love the shoes and quality.

Very nice looking flats! Price was right! I’ve seen these for way more money elsewhere. Comfortable right from the start.
