Nice but boot the size is way off. It’s a whole size and possibly a 1.5 size bigger than all shoes. Very disappointed.

Bigger than Size

I did not receive package contrary to what Macys tracker noted. I have requested a refund. This does not warrant even a star overall rating...deserves a "0".

Good quality and confy

The boot is slightly large for the size. I needed to double up on my socks. I would have given 4 stars except after wearing them the first day, I noticed they left black streaks on several floors of various surfaces.

Runs big looks great

I wore the boots for 2 days and it made my feet hurt, my heels were hurting and Iwas just waiting to get home so I can take them off. Thank you to Macy's wonderful service they have accepted my boots back despite the fact that they were worn.

The boots appear to be a nice color and high quality, however, they clearly run much larger than my other boots by probably a half size as another reviewer mentioned. A thick sock may be a solution but I’m going to try a half size smaller and try reordering.

Too big. Wide and loose in my regular size 9.5 but would be too short with a 9. They looked bulky and not stylish at all. Returning them.
