Spring Step obviously tends to run narrow. I have a narrow heel only, so the rest of shoe was too tight when I tried on only one boot. Also, processing time is quick for charging and delivery, but not for returns/refunds.
These look nice, just like on the website. The fit was good. Unfortunately as another reviewer stated I could not wear them as they dig into my ankle in front. Had to send them back last week. Still waiting on refund.
