Oneida Jackson 50-Pc Flatware Set, Service for 8, Created for Macy's

This set is great. Very high quality. Fits well in the hand. Nice weight. Doesn't hurt hands or fingers.

We purchased this flatware set 15 years ago. Lo and behold, Macy's carried the same exact Oneida (Franklin set). The sale that Macy's had going on was a perfect time to buy an extra set.

I have to start by saying the first time I used my Oneida I was shocked at the weigh, not too heavy, just right. My previous software was light weight and this took some getting use too. The pro's are this flatware doesn't bent or tarnish and has been the best I have ever used. I find the large spoons are better for dipping ice cream than an ice cream scooper. Now when I visit someone with light weight flatware I feel it is cheap and not worth the money. The forks fingers are long but who says you have to put the whole thing in your mouth. I have now been using Oneida for over (15) fifteen years. I only buy more from time to time because my forks and spoons keep disappearing like socks in a dryer. I truly love this brand.
