[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved this quinoa macaroni pasta. A little nervous of how good quinoa... in macaroni pasta form could be, but give it a chance! It was tasty, less heavy than traditional pasta, and we immediately purchased a second box.

It’s quick to cook and doesn’t have that gritty texture you often find with gluten-free pasta. The taste is fantastic, and it’s perfect for my family’s dietary needs. It’s definitely become a staple in our meals. No mushiness, and it absorbs flavors well. It’s a perfect choice for a healthier pasta alternative. I also love that it’s allergen-free and perfect for those who have texture issues with regular pasta.

Great texture and taste! I can't really taste the difference between this and regular wheat pasta. It also seems very easy to digest. This has become my favorite gluten free pasta and is now a staple in our house. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying a quinoa style pasta. It cooked up nicer than I was expecting. The texture and flavor were slightly different than a traditional pasta but I kind of expected that. I made this into Mac and cheese and my kids loved it and didn’t notice I swapped their usual pasta.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves this pasta! The fact that it's free of all major allergens means my entire family can enjoy it. We used this pasta for our Thanksgiving macaroni casserole and it wasabsolutely delicious. My neice with an egg allergy was able to enjoy it while my gluten free sister was also able to have it! My daughter also has iron deficiency anemia so we were thrilled that this has higher iron than your average pasta. We can't get her to eat quinoa, but she loved it in macaroni form and we will definitely be sticking up again soon!

The only thing I have to say is it cooked way faster than the box time - was done in about 6.5/7 min. Thankfully I checked it and so it didn’t get mushy or anything but other than that it was perfect! Will def buy in the future.

That being said, I was excited to try out Living Now Gluten-Free Organic Quinoa Macaroni to see if my kids noticed a difference since this pasta does not contain wheat, corn, soy and other allergens. We all thought it was tasty and I will definitely be buying more.
