a melted mess. packaging was so minimal that they must have melted in the shipping warehouses. wouldnt you think that a gourmet food company that is willing to ship within the continental US would perhaps use dry ice or the like, as Godiva and Betsy Ann do? i have emailed the company some not so flattering pictures of what i received. awaiting their reply. would not ever purchase from this company again unless they step up their shipping process.

Great quality chocolates. Each is individually wrapped and labeled. I love that.

The Chocolate Copper Gift was as expected. It was packed appropriately, there was no breakage or spillage. Needless to say, the chocolate pieces were delicious
