I bought this bag and within the first two weeks of use the gold rings in the strap started falling off. Spoke to Macy's customer service and they sent me a new replacement bag and the same thing happened. Don't buy unless you're planning on keeping super glue on hand.

The description indicated that the bag is leather, it is not I am returning it.
The gold rings in the strap started falling off the first time I used the bag.

The online description for this handbag says it is made of leather HOWEVER, the label sewn inside it reads POLYURETHANE. Needless to say I'm returning it ASAP. My advice: never purchase from Macy's website...
