These boots are really cute, but my right boot squeaks/creaks when I walk. It's embarrassing. I've only worn them once. I've checked to see if it's the insole, or maybe the new leather, but it's in the sole, and it happens when it bends. The right zipper also gets stuck. I've thrown away the box already, so idk if I can exchange
I’ve been purchasing Born boots for over ten years. The size always fits and is very comfortable and stylish. This Born boot didn’t have the usual comfort. My foot pushed forward which made the width uncomfortable. They are very cute but unfortunately I needed to return them.
Great boot goes with everything. Sizing and picture were accurate.
