A lot of people are complaining that the box is super beat up and the product is super wrinkled when there are instructions on what you need to do in order to get rid of the wrinkles. After following instructions it looked beautiful and feels super soft and fluffy.

You can say: ★☆☆☆☆ I was very disappointed with my order from Macy’s. My comforter set arrived in a box that was completely crushed, torn open, and barely holding together with tape. The product was exposed during shipping, which is unacceptable for bedding. On top of that, the comforter itself arrived very dirty, making it seem as though it had been mishandled or improperly stored. Receiving a new item in this condition is unacceptable and far below the level of quality I expected from Macy’s. Better packaging, handling, and quality control are clearly needed. I would not recommend ordering bedding online based on this experience.
The fitted sheet pocket was not stated so I was skeptical about purchasing. Well it did not disappoint. And the fitted sheet also has side pockets for your remote or whatever on both sides of the bed. We love it. The sheets, pillow cases, comforter & shams are appealing. The whole 7 PC is very comfortable, easy to wash, dry & use.
Very hard to get the wrinkles out. Had to take to dry cleaners
The comforter and shams seemed to match the description but the fitted sheet was way too large and also had pockets (maybe for a phone or remote) that were not listed in the description. These also seemed to impact the fit. Returned.
Sheets didn’t fit. It is not a queen size. Color is nice.

Good quality
I’m disappointed that it came with a stain on one of the pillow shams. I’m going to wash it and hope the stain comes out. It’s a little shorter on the sides than I would like but it seems like it will be comfortable.
