Better than the Big Box store.
Good quality product. Had been buying from a big box store that stopped carrying flax seed. The Piping Rock has a better consistency and costs less.

Easy to Digest and Milled!
I love the taste and how easy it is to incorporate in my green juices and food. None seedy feel but easily digestible. Great product and price! A wonderful source of fiber. Thanks!

Excellent flax seed!
I bought this over a month ago because I heard that flax seed is important for overall health. This product is tolerated very well. I add it to my hot cereal in the morning one tablespoon. It makes it slightly thicker but I add more milk to thin the consistency a bit. I will continue to use this great product!

Nice Flax seed
I like this flax seed because it dissolves very well in milk when I put it on my cereal. I wish, for the money, that the bag was 15 or 16 oz. It is only 12 oz.

So convenient
I wanted to incorporate healthy flax seed in to my daily diet and was very happy to find this milled flax available at such a great price here. I use it each day and it's always simple to measure and store. Makes eating healthy much more simplified.
